Drăgăneşti commune is located in south-eastern of Bihor county falls into Beiuş Depression being bounded in SE, E  and NE by  Bihor and Vlădeasa Mountains,  in S; SW and W by Codru-Moma Mountains and in N  by the rest of Beiuş Depression.

 

Drăgăneşti commune belongs to Hydrographic Basin of Crişul Negru.
